GramCity is a conceptual feature for a photo-editing app designed during a self-led, five-day design sprint. The challenge was to help users find great photo locations when traveling. My solution allows users to input travel plans, discover curated and nearby photo spots, build a personalized itinerary, and contribute reviews and photos post-visit.
Hi, I’m Paula — a UI/UX designer with a background in finance and real estate, now focused on creating intuitive, research-driven digital experiences that align user needs with business goals.
Before transitioning into design, I worked in high-stakes environments where I developed a sharp analytical mindset and a knack for strategic problem-solving. That foundation now fuels my approach to UX — balancing data, empathy, and design to build purposeful and user-friendly products.
My work spans mobile apps, platform redesigns, and information architecture, often centered around simplifying complex systems. I enjoy the full design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and iteration.
When I’m not designing, I’m exploring new places, curating travel plans, or chasing snow on a snowboard.
Let’s connect — I’m always open to collaboration, creative challenges, and meaningful conversations about design, product, or even just a great cup of coffee.
